Quality Mold, Inc. is a contract manufacturer of plastic injection molds. The company was initially founded in 1995 in a small garage by Mike Hatfield, a Journeyman Mold Maker. In the first year, the company grew abundantly since our loyal customers required specific needs. In order to serve our customers better, Mike decided to go the extra mile and moved the company into a 2,400 square foot facility. As our customers’ needs continued to grow, Mike found a new location for the shop in an attractive 10,000 square foot building in Chandler, Arizona which became the new home for Quality Mold, Inc. in 2003 and has been our home ever since.

Quality Mold, Inc. has the best team in the business with over 50 years of combined experience and is mainly comprised of highly skilled Journeyman Mold Makers/Machinists. We have designed, built, and repaired molds that have produced coffee cup lids, golf grips, garden tools and housings, medical and automotive parts, aerospace and packaging components and so much more.

Some of the molds we have designed and built during the past 25 years include plastic injection molds, production multi-cavity molds, shuttle and insert molds, rubber injection molds, expandable and interchangeable tooling, multiple slide action molds, 3-plate stripper molds, hot runner systems, unscrewing molds, vacuum molds, blow molds, metal injection molds and aluminum molds.

We are a full-service machine shop with capabilities in precision CNC machining, custom wire and sinker CNC EDM, prototype designing, and custom welding.
